“Very prompt delivery. Great item that suited our space perfectly. Good (as opposed to excellent) rating based on some cosmetic damage to the door. Excellent customer service however, when the damage was reported. A replacement part was requested but due to unavailabilty of the part, a full exchange was offered. As we needed to use the unit immediately, that wasn't suitable for us, therefore the company quickly refunded a small part of the cost as a gesture of good will. Great service and would highly recommend this courteous and rapidly responsive company.”

“1) First rate dealing on the telephone 2) Delivery as promised 3) Excellent packing 4) Most important, the delivery man was very aware of our/my age 84/88 years, and was very careful, first class. 5) Of course the freezer was well packed, instructions clear, up and on test within an hour Cannot say better than that Sam Copnell”
