“Decent little fridge”

“Excellent value, and it is an actual fridge. Similar cost items on Amazon are often just a thermally insulated box, with an electric fan to make you think it's a fridge. I needed something to keep a small milk fresh for a couple of days, and my new 4L iceQ does the job. The solid state Peltier effect transistors pump enough heat out of the box to keep the inside about 20 degrees centigrade lower than the room, which works just right.”

“Easy to find what I wanted, easy to pay, no problems. Delivered free “Overnight delivery” - I couldn’t find out on the website what would happen over the weekend with this, but it turns out that if you order on Friday then “overnight” means it will be delivered on Monday. It would be helpful to put this somewhere on the site when you are ordering. It was delivered at 7:50 a.m., and I had a message at 7:33 to say that it would be delivered between 7:40 and 9:40. Great service from both MiniFridge.co.uk and their delivery company.”

“I haven’t used the item yet as it is intended as a gift. But the item came in perfect condition. I ordered the item on a Saturday and it’s supposed to be next day delivery so I was hoping it would arrive by the Monday. I suppose it meant working days.”

“I found MiniFridge online by searching for a small ‘tabletop fridge’. Found the model that suited me on their site and ordered. The item was delivered very quickly, by a very nice delivery guy. After leaving it to settle for the suggested time, plugged it in and shortly after was nice and cold. Does the job I bought it for. Very pleased.”

“So far unimpressed. The website banner claims that items will be delivered free next day. Once I chose the product it said order today for delivery on Monday (which is fine, next day delivery would have been an unexpected bonus). I ordered on Thursday and was told I would receive a confirmation email and tracking of delivery. I ensured someone would be around to receive the delivery. Thank goodness I screenshot the order number as 4 days later I am STILL awaiting a confirmation email and have no idea when the item will be delivered (if at all). Despite not receiving a confirmation email, my bank confirmed the money had been deducted from my card. I am awaiting a response to my enquiry sent to sixty on Friday. Still waiting.... Its absurd ive received a review email before ive had any confirmation of my order! I think the measure of a company is how they correct mistakes but so far it seems seeking reviews is the priority. So yes, very poor is my rating.”

After looking into this for you, I can see you placed your order on Thursday 5th after 2pm, therefore your order was scheduled for delivery on Monday 9th.
