“Im awaiting for the product to picked up and changed. because of damage to the item. Idid attempt to speak to a adviser but was on the phone or one hour and a half which i found very unsatisfactory so i dissist with the call. The online ordering was ok”

“The fridge should have arrived Thursday, still hasn't. Chased apc couriors but they repeatedly said they would sort, didn't and now aren't taking calls. You then decided that, despite still making sales, you'd close off all means of customer contact. For context, this fridge was needed to store insulin and other medicines and yours offered the quickest delivery of any product online after the previous fridge broke down on Christmas Day. I also have a newborn baby, and can assure you that I absolutely don't want to be dealing with others' incompetence and poor systems planning right now.”
