“I have tried to get in contact with this company about a broken mini fridge and the warranty, I’ve emailed them 6 times and no reply and phoned them 5 times, on hold for 20 minutes then phone cuts off”

“It was simply to make the purchase. I chose your company because it advertised free next day delivery. Sadly the order placed on Friday has not yet been delivered, end of day on Monday. I needed the cool box tomorrow morning!!”

“Ordered a mini fridge for delivery on the 11th september. Stayed in all day waiting for the delivery. When contacting the company was sent on a wild goose chase to find where the parcel was to be told it is being returned to sender. Informed the company of this and was proceeded to be told that i would have to pay for another deliver as i wasnt in to recieve it. RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am still waiting for a refund and will be going to the ombundsman.”
