“I did not receive my order on time and after emailing customer services to raise my concern, I was sent a rude reply. I followed up with a response to which I never heard back - shocking service and would not recommend! Not a happy customer”

“The ordering process was excellent and so was the delivery experience and delivery time but I was so disappointed as I thought, as with other deliveries, the fridge would come in an outer box but it doesn’t. My son took delivery of this because I was at work and I had bought it for his birthday so it’s ruined it for him what it is. I just wanted to warn others in case any one else buys this for a gift.”

“Hi, All I have bought 4 mini-fridges in the past and all have been too noisy for the bedroom and not the best size. this mini Fridge ICEQ is brilliant, it is bigger it works great and I can't hear a thing from it. If you want a silent fridge for your Bedroom don't bother with anything else this is the one”
