“The website claimed next day delivery, it didnt arrive. On enquiring, it is on a 1-3 day delivery. Day 3 - no delivery. There is supposed to be a parcel tracking system wiht the courier that needs a consignment number. I have asked 3 times for it and not had a response. The Customer service is very poor.”

“Very good really. The iceQ dropped on my doormat about 26hrs after I ordered it. The thing that was a bit disconcerting is there was was no confirming email from Minifridge once I'd placed the order, so the first sign it had all worked was the delivery itself.”

“Great little fridge . Using in a bedroom is alittle noisey on the Max setting but almost silent on the eco setting. So just switch over at night. Really happy with purchase and next day delivery was as promised”

“Ordered on the Friday, quick and easy and received the fridge within one working day as I woke up on the Monday for work. For free delivery during lockdown that was a great treat to wake up to!. Very happy with the product itself also, excited to make use of it! Thank you.”
