“I would like to thank everyone concerned, from the initial enquiry to the delivery. I am unable to walk and my old fridge stopped working and being a Friday, thought I would have no fridge over the weekend. From time of order to delivery was LESS than 24hrs as promised. As for the fridge, it works better than described, keeping the contents colder than my previous fridge and runs a lot quieter. Once again, a massive thank you to all concerned.”

“Ordered a B grade fridge that was delivered, very badly damaged to the underside of the fridge. Took Minifridge a few days to reply to email and they arranged a courier to collect reasonably quickly. After several weeks of emails to chase my refund, i had no other alternative but to open a PayPal case to get my refund.”
