“I had a personal problem I had to deal with & I had to phone to see if I could cancel my delivery for another day. The Gentleman I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been any nicer at making sure my delivery will be to suit me.x I can't praise enough for the response I got x”

“I bought an item which said on the email receipt “Delivery method: next day delivery ( heavy) It didn’t arrive the next day …and still waiting 3days later. Now In honestly I wasn’t expecting a next day delivery when placing the order ( these usually come at a premium price ) but I was very surprised not to get an estimate delivery date, so I’m now in the dark as to when my purchase will actually arrive.”
