“Fast service, fast delivery, great price. Just a shame my daughter took the delivery and now knows what her present is due to non discreet packaging, would of made a nice surprise at Christmas otherwise. It would of been 5* review if it wasn't for that.”

“The order wasn’t even delivered to my door and a card wasn’t left and i still have not got it”

“my fridge was supposed to be next day delivery however it was a weekend and 3 working days after before I received it. when it arrived I was very disappointed to find lots of scuffs and marks on it like it had been bashed around or used and it being a christmas present i am not happy. i have supplied pictures to show the damage and had an apology but the only option i have been given is to take a day off work unpaid to sit in all day and wait for it to be collected which is not an option for me. I am very very disappointed to spend £49.99 on something that looks awful. they will not offer a solution to this problem and I am left with a damaged fridge.. absolutely disgraceful customer experience!”

“Reasonable priced. They use a B2B courier that does not deliver saturday and has awful website for tracking orders. My complaint about the choice of courier went without a reply despite a confirmation email for "my ticket".”
