“I bought this fridge as a Christmas present. I assume the fridge is ok however has a few minor scratches and there was a large gouge in the side of the box when it arrived. Hopefully the fridge will work on Christmas day of it will be a lousy present and I will need to exchange it.”

“We struggled to find a fridge with a reasonable capacity that would fit in the restricted space under the kitchen worksurface. Currys and Argos, for example, were no good. Searching online we found the iceQ 70 litre sold by MiniFridge. The price was good, next day tracked delivery worked perfectly and the fridge is working well and more quietly than the one it replaced.”

“Easy to buy on line. FREE delivery on what is a heavy ish large parcel. Not unwrapped fully as it's a xmas present but it all looks well packaged / protected. Also arrived within 48 hrs.”

“This mini fridge arrived later than stated & in a very damaged box it was poorly packaged in only what a appears to be cling film. Very disappointed as this was a present.”

“WARNING..... 4 Litre Mini Fridge model - ICEQ4SB Upon taking delivery of this fridge I find that the instruction manual states "This appliance is not suitable for permanent operation" This crucial information is not to be found on the website of 'MiniFridge.co.uk" The response from MiniFridge.co.uk was.... "It's not suitable to be left on for weeks or months at a time, days at a time is fine but it will drastically reduce the life of the product." Natasha - Customer Services Assistant. Despite repeated requests regarding a suitable alternative fridge I have not received any further response from MiniFridge.co.uk - the company policy appears to be - ignore customer requests/complaints and they will go away! Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company as there after sales service is very poor.”
