“The on line shopping was easy and the next day delivery fine. However, there was no reply when I tried to telephone before ordering the fridge. It would have been helpful to discuss some issues prior to ordering.”

“No issues with speed of delivery or function of the product, however, I ordered the item in red and was delivered a blue one, as it is a birthday gift for my son, I do not have time to exchange it. Very disappointed”

“delivery man did not even bother to deliver up the stair, instead left it downstairs for us to bring it up ourselves - very poor service”

“Arrived with a tennis ball sized dent on the front, emailed supplier, heard nothing. A little disappointing really. Why send an email with a link to report damage if nothing gets followed up?!”

“Ordering process very quick and easy, and delivery prompt. However, the fridge was received very damaged, and I was forced to pay for a second unit to get a replacement in time for the function for which it was needed, then wait several days to receive credit for the damaged fridge. The collection was made by the same overnight courier, and at the same time as the delivery of the replacement, and I would have been more satisfied had the refund been made the next day - although I must point out that the several communications were always polite and courteous.”

“It was ok but hard to find some of the key information and the day after I bought the mini fridge it went down another £10 which annoyed me.”

“It's much smaller than I expected and the door closes by a magnet, not a catch, so need to make sure it actually closes.”

“iceQ 4L mini-fridge is excellent. It was despatched promptly but delivery company failed, ruining the promised Next Day delivery. Fridge was left at a nearby house with no Delivery Note at correct address where I was waiting. It was then moved to a neighbouring house who knew us and who finally delivered it to us. MiniFridge.co.uk located the fridge after receiving my phone call: the fault was not their's.”

“Very fast delivery..BUT... having ‘ Mini Fridge’ written on the box in capital letters is not ideal when it’s a Christmas present. My son had now seen it surprise for Christmas ruined.”

“Easy to order and competitive pricing. Be warned though if it’s a present it arrives in the product box which is hopeless if there when you take receipt of it! I did write to customer services but was told they couldn’t do anything about it but we’re sorry it spoilt my sons surprise at Christmas - poor show”
