“Ordered on 4 July for next day dely. As was after 2pm the order was due on 6 July. Received email from Mini-fridge UK on 5 July saying the fridge had been dispatched, would be delivered on 6 July and giving me a tracking number. I tried to track several times but received the message 'no journey details available'. Took the day off to wait for the fridge...waited and waited. At 4:30pm called the delivery company. They said, they didn't have it, it had been sent to the wrong dispatch centre and they had let mini-fridge UK know earlier in the day. I called Mini-fridge, the lady said she couldn't help that evening but it looked as if the fridge had been delivered. I said it most definitely had not. Called the delivery company again who said it would 'probably' be delivered before 12pm on 7 July. Called mini-fridge again who said they would call me first thing on 7 July to let me know where it was. I explained that I had ordered from them for the 'next day delivery' as had visitors coming to stay in a self-contained unit and we needed a fridge for them. No call Friday morning, so I called Mini-fridge again. They then said it had never been in stock and that they had sent me an email on 5 July explaining this. Totally untrue! Interestingly, they were unable to send me a scan of this supposed email. They said the fridge was now in stock but I would need to wait until 10 July to receive it. I found out they were only about 40 minutes away and asked if they could do a special delivery of some kind but after at least 20 minutes (my call to them) on the phone they said they couldn't do this. They said I could arrange and pay for my own courier to collect it but I wasn't allowed on their site because of 'security reasons'. My husband then called to speak to the managing director but he refused to come to the phone. A couple of minutes later we received an email saying they had cancelled the order and were refunding the money. A total shambles. A total let-down of a company. They have no regard whatsoever and no idea what customer service is. I am unable to review the actual fridge because it seems impossible to get one. Good luck if you ever decide to order from this company.”

“I am slightly disappointed with the fridge I don't think the handle will last long it is very flimsy the connections at the back aren't very secure expensive for what it is - if it hadn't of been for a birthday present I would sent it back and requested a refund ------- sorry”

“I'm still waiting to receive the fridge, keep being told it will be sent today! Just hope it arrives and then I can maybe review it correctly. I've had to contact the company each time it hasn't arrived when promised so definitely not impressed.”

“Awful customer service. I only purchased the fridge after reading your 14 days collection & returns policy which I felt reassuring as I wasn't 100% it was the right fit. I was then informed by your customer services when I looked into the return that this didn't apply and that I should have read the very small print. This is not at all clear on your website and I have now taken my purchase to the post office, to be returned by parcel force at a cost of £17. I would have been prepared to buy the correct fridge from your website if it your team and policy more amicable but now I will await my refund and purchase it elsewhere.”

“I orderede on a Sunday for delivery Tuesday. On Monday you mailed me to say the item was out of stock and offered a fridge in either black or white. I replied accepting the white so lng as there was no price increase and that I would telephone the followin morning. I phoned on Tuesda and your customer services agent was not in the office. I explained tha situation to another operative who told me that this could be despatched the same day, no mention of price increase. You the mailed to tell me of a £15 price increase. I phoned again the original agent was on another call and said'tell him he'll have to wait till next week. At which pont I cancelled the order. You had my contact details but no one could be bothered to speak to me only by email. Cutomer service 'null point'”

“I was able to order an out of stock product. The order looked like it was going ok until it was 'not received on trunk'. Was sent an email stating they had tried to contact me and the product was out of stock and didn't know when it we next be in stock. They also said I would be receive a full refund. I still have not had my money back. Very very poor.”

“Great little fridge ideal for my workshop cold milk at last . The instruction manual could have been clearer I wasn't sure if this fridge could be used like a normal one ie switched on 24/7 or just for occasional use .”

“I bought this mini fridge for holidays to use in a car, but as the holidays have not started yet, can't tell much about it. I'm testing it in a bedroom and for now it works perfect. Good size, and, according to my digital thermometer, the temperature inside is +8.4 C.”

“We have a small guest house with small bedrooms they are just what we needed they keep two small cans and two sandwiches chilled we didn't a lot for them. They do the Job! very well”
