“I bought an iceQ 15L Mini Fridge yesterday. I am an invalid and it is by my bed. You say not to put it by a bed because of the noise. I disagree with that statement as I put it on max during the day and switched it to eco at night and it was totally silent. As soon as I woke up I put it back onto max although the contents were still a little chilled but not as much as during the day. This saves me going into the kitchen and having to bend down to get water and other drinks from the big fridge which is awkward with the trolley I have to use and I have always found this difficult. Not any more. In the couple of days I have had it, it has been fantastic. Great for chocolate as well as drinks!!!!”

“Had trouble ordering online , tried to order over the phone but wouldn’t accept my order , tried again online and was successful, but missed birthday deadline. Lovely looking mini fridge but not very cold and very noisy, disappointed for £80 but daughter is happy”

“Very pleased, a lot bigger than I thought, which is great as can put a lot more than just drinks inside it like yogurts and chocolate which melt easily at the moment due to the weather being so humid. Plus I don’t have to keep running up and down stairs to get a drink in the middle of the night. It was very easy to purchase online, the hardest part was picking which one I liked, also it was free next day delivery which was a bonus.”

“Ordering was easy product looks good my only concern is I ordered on the 18/7/20 and today is 21/7/20 and I still do not have a delivery date invoice state's next day delivery (heavy)”

“I recently ordered an iceQ 32 Litre Electric Cool Box. It arrived on time but the dimension on the website were wildly different from the actual box. I had chosen that particular model because I knew it would fit into a space dedicated to a cold box, in my van. This one now does not fit. On calling the company I was told that due to a high level of calls I would be better to email. I did and was sent a job number and informed that they would get beck to me within 2 working days. No they didn't. Reading recent posts I suspect something is happening that is not promising. Poor customer service.”
