“Fridge delivery box delivered soaking wet (and looked damaged), looked like it had been sitting in a decent amount of water for a considerable length of time. Didn't want to take chance and open it, so contacted minifridge.co.uk to politely ask them to send another and pick this one up. Customer service was really poor, telling me to open the box as it "might" be ok (an electrical item sitting in water soaking wet...great!). Rather than being decent they then started arguing with me, then eventually agreed to collect the box/ fridge and send another...but only after they had checked and tested it! I then asked for a refund and they told me only when they receive and then test the fridge, as it's "company policy". I needed it for working away for the next few weeks so to say I am angry is an understatement. Abysmal company and I hope they see sense and work with me to sort this out”

“So pleased with my mini fridge. Exactly as explained on the website. Cool feature (excuse the pun) it has a visible temperature on the front of the door. Delivery was free and within 24 hours. What more can I say except thank you.”
