“The cool box was delivered the next day as described on the web site. This is impressive given the coronavirus. The box it was in was torn as if the courier APC had used the box lid to drag it around. There was no logo on the delivery van, so it was probably an agency driver. Other parts of the box were damaged. The cool box inside was fine and worked.”
