“I purchased expecting Next Day Delivery, not realising that the order would not be processed over the weekend (which included a Bank Holiday). I think the fact that orders are not processed over the weekend should be made more visible on the site, rather than having to go into the 'Deliveries' section of the website. Even on check-out I would have expected some sort of indication that the order would not be processed until the Tuesday after the bank holiday.”

“I am so pleased with my new fridge it is really quiet in my bedroom. The only down side is that I did not know what company were doing the delivery so when I got notification of the delivery I didn’t open it as I thought it was a scam delivery so I did not get it delivered and had to rearrange the date.”
