“I bought the alternator that was recommended. On first impressions it looked the same. I didn't realise till I tried to fit it that it was different. By this time I'd made a few marks on it and doubted if I'd get a refund. I made some slight changes to it to make it fit but it wasn't compatible. I emailed them to tell them. Still no reply after about 4/5 days, so I phoned them. The woman that answered the phone recognised my name, so must have received the email. I explained that she should remove it from the website so other people don't suffer the same problem. I asked if there was anything could be done with the one I got and she said she would get someone to get back in touch. This was weeks ago. Nobody has been back in touch and the website is still listing the same alternator being suitable for my model of car. Pretty poor.”

“A great deal of time and energy put into sourcing and fitting all five Patriot tyres on my Mitsubishi Shogun today. Nothing was too much trouble and I was asked if I was happy with everything several times throughout the process. Knowledge and expertise was evident in abundance. My truck looks amazing and I feel confident she will manage some of the rough terrain I navigate on a daily basis, but equally feels smooth on the road. Very pleased and will not hesitate to purchase from here in the future.”

Based on you being based overseas, some situations would make the delivery of items more expensive than the cost of the item itself. Whilst we can appreciate this must be frustrating unfortunately there is not a lot that can be done about this and I assume this would be the same case for whoever you would choose for parts unless there was a company more local to yourself able to import the parts. “Ordered discs and pads late on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday. Kept up to date about whereabouts of my package. The timeslot was spot on. I have used Milner 4x4 on numerous occasions due to the price and quality of there products. Also there delivery is first class if you are in a hurry for your parts.
