“I received my order which was a L/H front brake caliper,when it arived it was the wrong size as my order stated 312mm to which I was sent a 276mm,on checking the caliper was the same size as the old one so I fitted the caliper to my old slider,I then phoned Milners to ask them to send a bigger slider and I will send the one they sent back to them, they told me they don't separate them to which I replied that I can not wait another 4 days without my car but they were not interested.”

“I bought the alternator that was recommended. On first impressions it looked the same. I didn't realise till I tried to fit it that it was different. By this time I'd made a few marks on it and doubted if I'd get a refund. I made some slight changes to it to make it fit but it wasn't compatible. I emailed them to tell them. Still no reply after about 4/5 days, so I phoned them. The woman that answered the phone recognised my name, so must have received the email. I explained that she should remove it from the website so other people don't suffer the same problem. I asked if there was anything could be done with the one I got and she said she would get someone to get back in touch. This was weeks ago. Nobody has been back in touch and the website is still listing the same alternator being suitable for my model of car. Pretty poor.”

“A great deal of time and energy put into sourcing and fitting all five Patriot tyres on my Mitsubishi Shogun today. Nothing was too much trouble and I was asked if I was happy with everything several times throughout the process. Knowledge and expertise was evident in abundance. My truck looks amazing and I feel confident she will manage some of the rough terrain I navigate on a daily basis, but equally feels smooth on the road. Very pleased and will not hesitate to purchase from here in the future.”
