“After ordering some parts online for my L200 import, I had a phone call from Philippa at Milner checking that i had the correct parts as being an import, vin numbers could not be used. A very competent and polite person. Thank you.”

“I ordered a middle box for my Toyota Landcrusier, then my mechanic went into hospital for a hernia Op, so it was t fitted right away. When he came to fit it, it was the wrong one. Milner checked, realised they'd sent the wrong one, got the right one out speedy and was fitted in 2 days. They then collected the wrong one a few days later. Mistake happen, and Milner sorted it out quickly. That's good service. Very happy to be a customer going forward. Well done. 👍”

“Ordered on line , smooth easy process. Arrived super quick but with rubber part missing, Kelly in the sales team sorted the issue & the missing part arrived the very next day . Super service , highly recommended 👍”

“After ordering a new front calliper for my l200 it came within a couple of days only not to fit so phoned the service team explaining why it wouldn’t fit the lady on the phone asked for for the part number so she could check if it was the right part it was she then ran it pasted one of there technicians and would get back to me within a couple of hrs i received an email explaining that the manufacturer had sent the calliper with the wrong slide pins in so the Milner team sent the correct pins out on next day delivery got them by 10 the next day morning now that’s an excellent customer service team in my opinion Many thanks keep up the good work 👍🏻”

“I had ordered backing plates and unfortunately damaged the hub seals when fitting. Ordered seals and Milner delivered them next day to Northern Ireland! 5 star service!”

“I received my order which was a L/H front brake caliper,when it arived it was the wrong size as my order stated 312mm to which I was sent a 276mm,on checking the caliper was the same size as the old one so I fitted the caliper to my old slider,I then phoned Milners to ask them to send a bigger slider and I will send the one they sent back to them, they told me they don't separate them to which I replied that I can not wait another 4 days without my car but they were not interested.”
