They continue to maintain high quality service and strong reputation they have worked for. The managament has made me feel valued and taken note of thoughts I have shared. Same as myself, she appreciates detail and genuinely come across as an empathetic, putting herself in the shoes of the person on the opposite side of an e-mail professional who understands how much sending even a smallest udpate means and builds trust. “I cannot recommend Millbrooke enough, what a fantastic experience. Our journey was always going to be a hard one as we needed to sell two houses to be able to offer on our dream home they had advertised. From my initial call they have truly delivered in every aspect of their service. Nina has been an absolute gem throughout considering the complexities of our sales and purchase. Daryl came to both properties we wanted to sell and took real pride in our houses plus his work. The attention to detail and real life care made us feel at ease throughout the process. To the sales....both sold within 24 hours!!!! Couldn't ask for more, mainly due to the pictures and again their attention to detail. Our purchase. This wasn't the easiest of processes due to the vendors situation, but Nina and Daryl have kept us informed throughout and it's been an absolute please. We are very aware they have taken on a lot of our stress, but this is greatly appreciated.
