“During my time renting with Millbrooke, I've been very well taken care of by my agent Alyesha and my landlady. They've been very kind when I've had maintenance issues and very understanding when I had to give a shorter notice to leave my residence than normal. Couldn't recommend them enough and I consider myself very lucky to have rented with them. Thank you for the amazing service.”

“Our purchase became quite complicated and challenging at several stages, with unexpected issues and delays along the way. Throughout the entire process, Nina remained extremely patient, professional and responsive. She kept communication moving between all parties, followed up whenever progress was needed, and always tried her best to keep us informed and help move the purchase forward. Even during the most stressful moments, Nina remained calm, understanding and supportive. We truly appreciate all the time and effort she put into helping us reach completion. Thank you, Nina, for your patience and dedication throughout this rather eventful purchase. “Overall I had a positive experience renting with Millbrooke, particularly Jade was on top of things throughout the process. However the following are worth calling out; - Rental Agencies have started to use an online form that the enables tenants to make their application directly to the landlord without the need for back and forth with the agents. - There also seem to be a lot of paperwork which started to be a burden, I do believe the process can be streamlined. - lastly, more could have been done to present the apartment in a clean manner. In summary, I am pleased with what I’ve got, thank you.”

“We met Alex from Millbrooke while viewing a property, before we had even put ours on the market. Even though we didn’t end up buying that property, we both said on leaving the viewing that we must hire Millbrooke to market our property. From start to finish the service we received was outstanding and we have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.
