We have employed Millbrooke ( Dedicated Lettings ) for over 5 years to manage our buy-to-let property in Salford. We have always found them very professional. Recently our tenants vacated and Millbrooke found suitable new tenants who were in occupation in a month. Throughout this process Jade Craig and Director Claire Morgan kept us fully informed. There is a real benefit in having Directors and staff who we have got to know and can contact knowing they are familiar with our property.

The tools that are being used to sign, complete documents are amazing, everything is simple and well fast phased. Karen is the nicest person I've known, a real superstar. What refrains me from giving 5 stars, is the communication between the manager and the landlord. I've been told that my tenancy will be ending soon, and if I would want it extended. I wished to have it extended for 6 months, but got a reply that the pay would increase by 50£ per month. I've responded to the offer that some of the things that are within the apartment, requires money input by the landlord as it being way too worn-out , and nothing has been upgraded since the other tenants left in 2019. I've raised my concerns 3 weeks ago, and did not hear anything so far, I've tried to push for an answer last week, and still nothing, so I am lost and unsure what is happening with the apartment and my tenancy contract. Other than that, really enjoy being part of millbrooke.

We have quickly looked into this for you. I'm afraid you emailed our manager who was on annual leave at the time hence no initial reply. Somehow the out of office reply did not get to you unfortunately. You are always absolutely welcome to call us with any query so we can help you as soon as possible. I'm advised you are now aware about the member of staff being on annual leave which was unfortunate timing. We have now also encouraged you to call the team directly if you have any query. We have also established that unfortunately, the repairs you mention have never been reported to us I'm sorry to say, but I understand this is now explained and the importance of reporting of these repairs has been understood. We can now make progress on this for you. As part of reviewing your query, it may have been a quicker outcome for you to contact us directly. I'm sorry you felt the review platform was the best course of action but we completely understand. Ultimately as long as we get your feedback however it's shared, gives us the chance to help you. The staff at Millbrooke have been very helpful in managing my property and dealing with all requests so far. They are easy to reach by phone and email and very punctual in their replies. I would certainly recommend Millbrooke Lettings to manage properties from a landlord point of view. Appreciate all your help thus far!

Everything fine a good job painting and explanation of everything smoth transition apart from it hasent had a deep clean especially kitchen oven fridge tiles floor which I was informed it had .

Daryl & Claire provided a very professional, flexible service & were always on hand for advice which was importantly backed up by their extensive knowledge of the local market. Their team was helpful, courteous & responsive throughout the tenant search which was successfully finalised in the predicted timescale. Would recommend Millbrooke to other landlords.

Millbrooke are reliable & trustworthy. I've worked with them for over 2 years now and they have always delivered what they promise. Staff are keen to help and tenants are well 'screened' so disruption is kept to a minimum for the landlord. Yes, I would recommend them as good value for money and decent customer care for both the tenant and landlord, after all it is a partnership!
