“The Leica Disto D2 works well indoors. However, even in the shade, the laser beam 'dot' is very faint and became invisible when trying to measure the height of a 2 storey London Terraced house.”

Hi Gary, We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your original invoice. We send an email to customers once an order has been dispatched which contains a pdf copy of their invoice along with tracking details for the shipment. We also attach a hardcopy of each invoice to the package. Hi Mike, Thanks very much for your feedback. We are sorry that the Rugby 100 laser level that you originally requested was no longer in production. As per our conversation at the time this has now been replaced by the new Rugby 810 model which features an improved robust design, best in class IP Rating and an upgraded Li-ion battery & laser detector. “D8 Battery Compartment Covers. Unfortunately one of the supplied battery covers had the the pair of rubber strips missing. these actually pack out the batteries and prevent them moving in the compartment and breaking the electrical contact . I have overcome this by removing these from my damaged cover and reinstalling in the replacement. Disappointed that it was sent out like this, particularly at the price! I suspect this was a Leica packaging problem, and cost again is a Leica policy. Delivery time etc was fine, although I was surprised at being charged VAT for postage. Ken Towner FireCad”
