“Provided excellent advice on Leica Disto products. My Leica Disto A5, after 10 years use finally needed replacement due to a faulty screen. After being informed of the pros and cons on whether to upgrade or downgrade my old Disto with the latest Disto range, I purchased the latest equivalent model, Disto D510 and at a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better customer service before and after-sales.”

“Good clear website. Great customer service and support -when I called up for help it was personal, helpful and I felt the two people I spoke to were happy to spend a long time talking to be. I am very happy with my purchase, although disappointed it does not have a spirit level to know the lasor is straight.”

“The guys at Merlins lazier were extremely helpful with their advice which guilded me to the correct product they weren't trying to sell me anything which I didn't need which was great as I wasnt quite sure in the exact product I needed. They gave me a really keen price and the delivery was fast. So double win win for me”

“I called your offices to discuss a potential purchase of a Merlin Lazer Glass Tester which I needed due to the recent upgrade in software around the Energy Performance Certificates and the requirement to measure the glazing gap on Pre 2002 uPVC windows. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative. A couple of days later I called to place the order and the whole process was excellent. My Merlin Lazer arrived as promised and it's been used almost every working day since and I'm very pleased with it and the service provided - thank you.”

“After conducting various internet searches for the required goods I selected Merlin Lazer as their website and payment options were simple; the items arrived promptly and I was kept informed up until delivery. “Prompt response to UPS delivery problem. UPS had delivered a survey level by dropping the package from a height of 2m onto concrete. Merlin Lazer responded by arranging for a replacement to be delivered on a Saturday rather than delay to the conventional Monday.”
