Pleased with content and presentation of course. Could have covered areas such as Tenosynovitis / metatarsalgia which were not touched.

The course was very informative, day 1 was more targeted to my needs as I was looking to learn more minor surgery skills with suturing and wounds and lumps and bumps. Day 2 - unfortunately was not as good, as a GP I am already aware of melanoma, but understand the need to cover this. Could have been more quiz based and brief. The shoulder joint station, was not as good as the hand and elbow station. It could be improved by showing more videos and giving more time to what we were doing, as we were rushed, and still finished early. Maybe some equipment to try out the technique of cryotherapy would have been interesting. The course organisers present, very approachable and helpful. Overall a great course and good value for money.

A very comprehensive yet friendly and informal course covering all minor surgical procedures relevant for primary care. The material covered and practical workshops on Day 1 were very useful and relevant. Plenty of time allocated for practising suture techniques. Day 2 injection workshops covered numerous procedures now rarely recommended in primary care and felt less useful with limited opportunity to practice on mannequins. For me a single longer day focusing just on all of the surgical techniques and the option of attending a second day covering common MSK conditions and joint and soft tissue injections would have been preferable. I would recommend to colleagues.

Well presented in small groups of around 20, rotating around 3 workshops covering shoulders, hips & knees, and finally hand (de quervains, carpal tunnel, trigger finger, 1st CMC joint). They also gave good tips on examinations prior to injection and used models for practice. They have a great online handbook and video resources to aid learning before/after the course
