“Pathetic customer service reps. Totally incapable of understanding or sorting out a simple delivery issue. It took half a dozen emails and two one star TrustPilot reviews to finally get someone to admit that it was MedExpress's fault that my delivery was late. My shipping charges have finally been refunded. Useless. Sack them and employ people that have brains.”
