“Am still waiting next prescription taking long time”

“I made a mistake by switching to MedExpress as my supplier and ordering my next Mounjaro pen from them. After three days of waiting for the purchase to be approved—and after sending emails, using the chat, and finally calling—the shipment was approved. However, I received a message stating they were changing my dosage to a lower one, despite having submitted full documentation of my treatment and the invoice for my previous injections. I have been on Mounjaro for three months. I don't want to interrupt my treatment, but MedExpress is forcing me to do so because it takes at least two days to get a reply to any email sent. I do not recommend MedExpress.”

“I have not been on these a week yet. The process compared to mournjara seem to drag, and even though the process was the same, just took forever to swap, part my fault, photo update and ticking a question. I had to chase and was on the verge of giving up. MedExpress have been excellent though out till recently. Swapping from Mounjara to pillsfor me was disappointing. However I will still rate them very highly.”

“I ordered my weight loss treatment tablets online from MedExpress. The verification process took a few days longer than I expected, as they ran checks with my local Medical centre GP & also age verification. There was added delay as I'd placed my order on a Friday evening, so judging by how long it eventually took to arrive, my order wasn't processed until the following Monday morning. I was relieved once the tablets arrived about a week after I ordered them, and since then every subsequent repeat order has arrived within 1 to 3 working days”
