“I have used the service for quite some time now but sadly their treatment of customers is extremely poor. Their communications are rife with inaccuracies and poor grammar and their handling of situations is the dictionary definition of incompetence. They are slow to deliver, slow to resolve issues, spiteful and obnoxious. The dosage of a subscription I get monthly increased to an amount their website allowed as an option, and they put the order on hold while I needed to confirm the order. They email states that the amount I had selected was the largest dosage I was allowed to order, and that I would not be able to get some other dosage value I had not selected. Which I agreed and did not understand the issue... This went back and forth and despite it being a medication that I needed monthly, ultimately this shipment didn't arrive for 10 weeks... They even decided that despite it being a valid dosage that I had to go through verification again even though it was already substantially late. The increase was then ultimately denied and the over payment for that dosage was not returned. The one thing this company is meant to do is prescribe and send medication and they are not able to do that. Take your business literally anywhere else.”
