“Several years ago I used to be 19 stones. Over a period of time and with the sensible use of my Orlistat capsules I keep it off.If go too far above my healthy weight I have managed to keep my weight off for about 15years.I also follow Slimming World with a healthy diet of lean meat and fresh vegetables.For me this works and keeps me healthy.”
