“This is helping me on my weght loss goal.. Encourages to eat less fats in your diet so helping to maintain an heathier diet.. If too many fats are consumed you tend to have oily accidents so therefore it helps you reduce your fats to a level were the accidents stop but the orlos is still working to break down the fats you do consume.. hence less fats & eventually less Ibs at a heathy rate.. So for me they are working along with a healthy diet & mild excercise”
