“The process of ordering and dispatch is very good. The contact process with questions is useless for me. It is really hard to get the answer to simple questions. The person on the chat seemed clueless. The reorder process is annoying. You can reorder with 14 days so they start chasing you to reorder weeks before you have finished your current medication. When you are going up a dose they are asking you to order a higher dose before you have even started the new one”
