“problem is that you use royal mail, they only deliver in morning when I'm at work and don't deliver unless I am in, I still haven't received the item as they attempt delivery when I'm not here then have to go through the rebooking process which is time consuming”

“My process is quite simple: I sometimes request clarification information - I get it from the MedExpress site I place my order - easy with MedExpress I receive my order - always surprisingly quickly I use the product I bought - so far, my body has always responded as hoped Occasionally, I get a suggestion to try a different site - so I compare prices. MedExpress has always been the best price, then I add in the quality of supply and I'm happy to stay with them as a regular supplier. Overall, I'm really pleased.”
