“At the moment tadafil seems to be working better than sidenafil. I use to get foot pain and elbow pain along with jolting movements on my blood before. This has now reduced. So, I feel tadafil gets the desired effect if an erection but less side effects. The one slight thing is the gp did say my fingers would swell and look like sausages. A bit like King Charles! So, better get my wedding ring enlarged otherwise will never be able to get it off. Not sure if this will help anyone. Just saying.”
