“I placed my order on the 2nd June but its now the 12th and I am still no further along, apparently due to a glitch, the agent I spoke to mentioned this (after the first one took my call, placed me straight on hold for a minute then disconnected me). I was due to take my medication today. It has not been dispatched. I have emailed, the replies ignore my actual questions and its just a copy and paste reply with no actual context or information. Just wishy washy apologies for a delay. I requested a call back from a manager to escalate my complaint and I have not had this. I have called again to be told their systems are down and to call back. I work in a similar role so I like to give the benefit of the doubt but the relentless excuses and no actual communication of any action has me concerned to continue my treatment with this company. Its not about when something goes wrong, these things happen, it is about how the company deals with it and this is not good so far at all.”

“If I could rate it 0 I would. I have paid for a prescription and there was a IT glitch, so the order didn't process properly, but the money was taken from my account. They have been paid and although I have phoned and emailed several times they have not resolved this. I have paid them £150 for a prescription they do not care about delivering. The poorest Internet service I have ever encountered. It looks like trading standards next, as they are not sorting out this problem. Very unprofessional.”
