“I am very pleased with the product and its packaging. However, I was wondering if it would be at all possible to arrange for delivery through an alternative company. Royal Mail unfortunately lost a previous order of mine. Thanks to your excellent team, it was kindly re-sent. Nevertheless, Royal Mail did not follow my instructions and left the package outside, unprotected, resulting in the outer packaging being completely damaged. I trust this did not compromise the integrity of the contents.”
