“The first time I ordered it was amazing, I’m ordering medication that needs to be kept at a certain temperature. It arrived very fast and extremely well packaged, with two frozen ice packs, I was so impressed and very happy. The second time I ordered, The delivery got delayed at some point, and I tracked it to sitting in my local depot causing my medication to be at the wrong temperature as the ice packs had melted and the medication was warm, which caused me some concerned if it was safe to still use! After emailing medExpress I was told it was okay, It still worried a little and was unsure.”

“Ordering is simple enough but discount codes are pointless because they limit how frequently medication can be ordered. By the time I am next allowed a repeat order the codes are invalid. Cynical and extremely frustrating.”
