“I bought my first Mounjaro prescription elsewhere and a friend recommended MedExpress to me with a voucher code. The order process was quick and as it was my first prescription through this company I had to provide proof of my previous prescription and photos to get the 5mg dose, I also paid extra postage for a 24 hour delivery and my prescription has still not been sent 5 days later. The distressing thing for me is I needed my 5th week injection today with no medication in sight, I am panicking as I don’t want to undo my hard work by not receiving my order. I have emailed, no reply, I have phoned twice and after waiting 30 mins both times they do not answer. Please be wary of this company.”

“The actual process of ordering, staraight forward. Recieving goods not so much. Original order lost buy courier, then told would be resent via special delivery (by 1pm next day). 9 days later still not recieved!!! Numerous emails sent with less than satisfactory response, requested refund as tracker indicated courier had not recieved the goods to undertake the special delivery, which was not forthcoming. Only after making a call did the good miraculously get to the courier. Now stuck with no refund and goods no longer required as due to delay applied and recieved from competitor in 2 days.”
