“Repair seems fine and quick turnaround but communication was POOR. No acknowledgement that the unit had been received, that it had been tested, what the tests showed or what work needed to be done for repair. The online status of the order remained as "on hold" even after I got the call to say the repair had been done. I also think you should use a different courier. Royal mail tracked 24 hour cost me £8 wherease the DHL delivery was double that and they don't even deliver on Saturday which in this case meant I had to wait until after Easter to receive the repaired unit.”

“Between the help and information before I sent the part to them and the ongoing communication about what was happening with my part I'd say their customer service is too notch. The value and workmanship is also up there. I'd highly recommend using them to anybody that may need the work done. The return packaging from them is more than expected, there was no way that was getting broken in transit.”

“Excellent service, really good communication when my unit wouldn't be refurbished and given a clear option of fhem refurbishing a second hand unit which I took. Fast turnaround. Some confusion about the postage label, and didn't know you have to leave the parcel open for DHL to check the contents which would have been helpful, but otherwise all good.”

“Had my ABS pump/unit for my trafic work van repaired after my local garage had diagnosed motor/pump failure. After a brief chat with 'Control Units' It was sent to them for repair via their online booking service and collected by thier courrier at approx midday on Tuesday 28th Jan. Once the guys at Control units inspected it they found that the hydraulic block was also faulty and was beyond repair. They called me to discuss on the Thursday lunchtime and having advised them that I really needed my van back on the road as I was unable to work without it and really didnt know where to turn as the ABS unit in my van are quite hard to come by. The Guys at Control units really understood and not only managed to supply a replacement refurbished hydraulic block and new motor but also had it complete and dispatched by the end of the Thursday .... delivered back to me in perfect condition at lunchtime on Friday 31st Jan. Absolutley supurb service at a really reasonable price.... and really got me out of a jam..... vans been great since. Can't recomend these guys highly enough.”
