“My MK6 Golf ABS Pump was originally sent to ECU Testing, They told me the unit was unrepairable - However after speaking to the knowledgeable team at Control units and sending them the unit, They managed to fix it and at a great price. Highly recommend giving these guys a call to see if they can help you.”

“Found this company online from the start the customer service was impeccable. I dealt with a lovely young man called sam he was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know regarding the service they provide regarding my ABS PUMP which was really good. There curior service was really good to and when It was delivered back to me. Had it installed brakes were bleed car was reset on the diagnostic machine to accept my ABS PUMP and all my faults have cleared on my dashboard I'm so so happy and you get a 2 year warranty I 100% recommend this superb company 😊”

“Very quick turnaround time and convenient shipping arrangements. However, as a non-trade customer making payment is over-complicated. I cannot understand why you are asked to load your card details onto your online account and then be told you cannot take payment this way ! You then get numerous e-mails/text messages which look like they are scams !”

Hello Keith, Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the quick turnaround and convenient shipping — we’re pleased those aspects met your expectations. Regarding the option to add payment details when logging into your account — this feature is simply available for customers who choose to store their card for future purchases. It is completely optional, and not required to place an order. When used, card data is encrypted using AES-256, one of the highest security standards available. We never ask customers to enter card details unless it’s necessary. All repairs follow a Pay After Repair process, while Replacement Units on the site use standard eCommerce checkout. “Repair seems fine and quick turnaround but communication was POOR. No acknowledgement that the unit had been received, that it had been tested, what the tests showed or what work needed to be done for repair. The online status of the order remained as "on hold" even after I got the call to say the repair had been done. I also think you should use a different courier. Royal mail tracked 24 hour cost me £8 wherease the DHL delivery was double that and they don't even deliver on Saturday which in this case meant I had to wait until after Easter to receive the repaired unit.”

“Between the help and information before I sent the part to them and the ongoing communication about what was happening with my part I'd say their customer service is too notch. The value and workmanship is also up there. I'd highly recommend using them to anybody that may need the work done. The return packaging from them is more than expected, there was no way that was getting broken in transit.”

“Excellent service, really good communication when my unit wouldn't be refurbished and given a clear option of fhem refurbishing a second hand unit which I took. Fast turnaround. Some confusion about the postage label, and didn't know you have to leave the parcel open for DHL to check the contents which would have been helpful, but otherwise all good.”
