“Excellent service, really good communication when my unit wouldn't be refurbished and given a clear option of fhem refurbishing a second hand unit which I took. Fast turnaround. Some confusion about the postage label, and didn't know you have to leave the parcel open for DHL to check the contents which would have been helpful, but otherwise all good.”

“"I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. They took the time to call and thoroughly explain what needed fixing before proceeding with the work, which I really appreciated. The packaging was excellent, everything was professionally boxed and the turnaround time was quick. “Best service ever!! Sent my abs pump in Christmas week and everyone there did everything they could to help me out! Went absolutely above and beyond to help after being let down by others I have no problem recommending them to anyone don't go anywhere else”

“Had my ABS pump/unit for my trafic work van repaired after my local garage had diagnosed motor/pump failure. After a brief chat with 'Control Units' It was sent to them for repair via their online booking service and collected by thier courrier at approx midday on Tuesday 28th Jan. Once the guys at Control units inspected it they found that the hydraulic block was also faulty and was beyond repair. They called me to discuss on the Thursday lunchtime and having advised them that I really needed my van back on the road as I was unable to work without it and really didnt know where to turn as the ABS unit in my van are quite hard to come by. The Guys at Control units really understood and not only managed to supply a replacement refurbished hydraulic block and new motor but also had it complete and dispatched by the end of the Thursday .... delivered back to me in perfect condition at lunchtime on Friday 31st Jan. Absolutley supurb service at a really reasonable price.... and really got me out of a jam..... vans been great since. Can't recomend these guys highly enough.”

“I had an issue with my M539 abs module. Control Units sorted this. Sent and returned within a fortnight and the issues resolved. Highly recommend this firm and without doubt would use then again. 5 stars.”

“Excellent Service received from the ControlUnits Team. Thanks to Sam for the coffees and choccy biscuits supplied while in the reception/waiting area, much appreciated. I have recommended ControlUnits to others for the following reasons: My C-Max abs unit was removed on arrival, serviced/overhauled and the brake fluid replaced while I waited. I was given a 24 months warranty on the workmanship, (where Ford only offer 12months on a NEW part fitted, for 4 times the price )!!! A long trip but well worth it for the end results. Once again Many Thanks & Regards. Old Nick.”
