“The staff we were involved with provided an excellent service, they are knowledgable, courteous and applied no hard sell. we ended up buying two major items instead of one. great price and product. the delivery was on time, although one man on his own. We will be back when we need more electrical goods, what more can I say”

“The help and service we received from Shaun at the Lutterworth store was excellent, we were kept up to date with delivery lead times and our new range cooker and hood were delivered to us as soon as received by the store.
