I actually purchased these items for my daughter as a Christmas gift. She moved to Manchester this past summer. She is in love with her Mason Cash gifts. I live in Newfoundland, Canada. Unfortunately I only have one Mason Cash piece myself. It has been past down several generations now and still in use cracks and all. Two lots of bread rose in it this week. Hopefully I will get to England someday...seeing my daughter and shopping at your store are on my list!!

“Unfortunately my experience has not been good. made a purchase end of Nov/start Dec. The product was faulty and the glaze damaged. Sent an email was told by the sales coordinator I needed to contact clams team but that my email would be forwarded on. I also contacted claims no response. Contacted sales coordinator again and was told sorry she would make sure someone contacted me. Still no one has been in contact. Left with faulty bowls and when I pull out the one that isn’t it just makes me angry so I never use them. It’s A shame now I just want to rerun the lot. Based on my experience I would shop here again. I have receive repeated emails to write a review and kept waiting on hopes of a better outcome. Next route is contacting xx company to see if I can get my money back”

“Great bowls. Would’ve given 5 stars for the bowls but the amount of packaging was unbelievable. I ordered two small pudding basins and they came in a huge box and a huge bag full of bubble wrap. Totally unnecessary”

Just wish each colour and design came in varying sizes, as I would like the slightly bigger version of the green hedgehog.
