“I was really excited to order from Mason Cash as I love their products. But my order arrived broken and covered in mould. Customer services were hard to find online and I really got passed around the houses and ended up with the parent company so very confusing as they seem to work with lots of brands. The replacement items still haven’t arrived and I’ve emailed them and had no reply again, not sure what to do at this point as I’m out of pocket and it’s been several months now. So I wouldn’t shop directly with them again after this truly terrible experience, so much hassle and it’s just not worth the stress it’s caused. Also, I would like my money back for the damaged items as am still out of pocket several months on.”
