“Two bowls were returned because one was not round (would not nest with other Mason Cash bowls), and one had severe glazing faults. Both were replaced quickly and easily. However, as with previous Mason Cash bowls, the rims chip very, very easily. I should not have bought again. Colours are nice and shape works well.”
“I ordered two bowls from mason cash. One arrived with a chip and the other had a major manufacturing fault on the rim. It took three emails and two phone calls to get a response from returns. The lady I communicated with was helpful once I got a response. The bowls were finally returned but it took another prompt by email a week after they were returned to finally get a refund. In all it was about three weeks from order to refund. I wouldn’t order again.”
