“Nadeem was a massive help. Great rapport built over the phone, very polite, very friendly but not too much - just the right amount of banter without it seeming forced. Looked for a policy for me that fit my requirements and followed up when promised, stuck to his word. I work as a Team Manager for call centre staff for RBS and I would love someone like Nadeem on my team. Excellent customer service and swift and productive. Top man, thank you mate.”
