“I was met by a nice young man in baggage claim who was waiting for my flight. I was delayed getting off the plane so as I was headed to claim my luggage he called me. He helped with my luggage and was very helpful in general. It was the first international flight I had made since my husband's death so I had some reservations traveling alone. But Majestic Cars helped make that experience easy. Thanks”

“We used Majestic Taxis to help us get from Heathrow to our hotel in Winchester on a late night arrival, as well as from Bath to Heathrow on an early morning departure. Our drivers were amazing -- not only on time or early for pick ups, but absolutely aware of traffic snarls, or major road closures for late night repairs, and able to make detours (some of which included an unexpected view of fabulous sites!).”

“Flawless! The 1st driver was waiting for us at Heathrow, and it was a short walk to the car. The mercedes was very clean and comfortable. The 2nd driver was waiting at the Southampton Cruise Port for our return to Heathrow. Both drivers were courteous, professional and friendly. “When I arrived at London Heathrow, the customs line was an hour long. I was worried the entire time because I knew that the Majestic Taxi I had ordered would already be waiting for me. When I finally got through the line, my driver was waiting for me, sign in hand, smile on his face. He wasn't the least bit concerned or rude that he had been standing and waiting for me for an extra hour. He carried my bags, opened my doors, asked about my well-being. He was kind, polite, and I felt very safe. The car was very comfortable, and after a little while of pleasant chit-chat with the kind driver, I fell asleep for the rest of the drive up to Cambridge. He navigated the little city and dropped me off right where I needed to go. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. It made my jet-lagged arrival in the UK much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this car service, and will use it again in the future if I ever make it back to England.”

“Have used the meet and greet service at Heathrow with travel to Derby (and return) several times over the last few years. Love being able to make reservation online at time of flight booking and receive an immediate confirmation. Friendly, on time, safe drivers. Help with luggage. Mercedes taxi very clean and comfortable. For me, after a long haul flight the convenience is worth the cost. I definitely recommend this service.”
