“Excellent service from Heathrow airport to Southampton hotel. Great driver very friendly and knowledgeable on the area. Used driver again from Southampton cruise terminal to Stonehenge, and drove us by Windsor Castle. Highly recommend majestic taxis. Their service is beyond excellent thank you guys.”

“I booked a transfer for my daughter who is starting her first year at the university of Birmingham. The whole booking process was easy and James answered all the questions I had quickly by email. As the mother of a daughter starting her university thousands of miles away I really wanted to come to the UK with her to settle her in but because of the corona virus I was unable to. Majestic certainly took away the worries of her transport from the airport to university accommodation. They provided a safe, comfortable and stress free way journey to a very nervous first year student. My daughter and I really appreciated the service and I would recommend it to any student. I did find some cheaper options but I would rather pay a little extra and be confident in knowing my daughter will be provided with a safe and reliable service.”

Hello Norman, We have looked into your booking and can see you were charged £103 for the journey - the rate which you were quoted when you booked. There is no extra charge if your flight is delayed. The only time we may ask for an additional amount is if the driver is kept waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes after the flight has landed (it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to get through customs and collect luggage). The main reason for any charge is to compensate the driver for unreasonable waiting time and the parking charges. If you were charged extra by the driver please let us know and we will try to get to the bottom it. We have joined this site to enable us to improve our service and rectify any issues customers face.
