Hello, thank you for your review. We are glad you were happy with the driver and car. We can only apologise for the difficulty you had finding the driver inside the airport terminal.

We provide clear instructions on where to meet the drivers and it's usually a very easy process for the passengers. A telephone number is provided in case the passengers face any difficulty so you really should not have had to search for the driver.

Hello Norman,

We have looked into your booking and can see you were charged £103 for the journey - the rate which you were quoted when you booked. There is no extra charge if your flight is delayed. The only time we may ask for an additional amount is if the driver is kept waiting for more than 1 hour 30 minutes after the flight has landed (it usually takes 30 to 45 minutes to get through customs and collect luggage). The main reason for any charge is to compensate the driver for unreasonable waiting time and the parking charges.

If you were charged extra by the driver please let us know and we will try to get to the bottom it.
