“It still hasn't arrived. I have sent an email asking about it and they told me to wait as its down to the post strikes but I had ordered flooring samples from another company on the same day which have arrived. So so far pretty poor all around. I ordered a sample to see if I wanted to buy the wallpaper for my new house but it's a no show. Also this is the second email I've had to ask about my purchase which feels like salt in a wound a bit.”

“My item arrived with pieces of my order missing. DPD ignored my safe place request & dropped at my drop shop. The box was carefully opened & resealed. I would not order from LUST again. They "don't see how it could have been tampered with" I had hoped to use this company a lot with my design business, but this will no longer be the case”

“We have not yet received our package though it’s been more than 7 business days. This has immensely impacted our ability to keep building our studio and we are on a terribly tight schedule. I would like a refund - at minimum of the shipping fee.”
