“It’s the first time I’ve ordered from you and after waiting a week for my paper I phoned to inquire where it was! A really lovely lady helped me straight away and within the hour confirmed to me my order had just been processed and it arrived 2 days later. Whilst the initial order went missing - you very quickly sorted it all out - so thank you and I will definitely be ordering again !”

“The wallpaper samples did not have the full pattern on (birds were all just a wing or a beak not one full bird) so usable as a sample”

They are primarily sent for you to make sure you are happy with the quality/colour but we understand it would be nice to see more of the pattern. “Difficult to use the samples ordered as couldn’t see the entire pattern. 2 samples that came through didn’t have crane heads on, so could not get full effect.”

“Good size samples, poor value overall. Having to pay for samples and a considerable amount for postage given they were sent as large letter was disappointing. Also one of the samples was of disappointing quality. What initially looked like a marble effect was in reality of very low resolution and not up to expectation.”
