“The designs are fantastic but sadly there is no quality control. Paper was printed incorrectly. I have been sent a new batch but nervous of paying for the decorating to be renewed only to find the same problem. Customer service are very helpful but don't seem to have much faith that this batch will be correct either.”

Thank you so much for your review Jane! I am very sorry first of all for the variation of shade experienced with your product. Whilst we do have quality checks and assurances in place, which are always being improved upon, on occasion an odd roll can slip through and go unnoticed which we are always happy to assist with correcting. After discussion with yourself, a full replacement has been provided in addition to a refund towards the cost of your decorator, as such to alleviate some of the added cost this has resulted in.
