“Disappointed to find a huge collection of samples purchased came folded. I explained this to the company and how I would have preferred them to be rolled but unfortunately this is how they come (I had purchased a roll of wallpaper too and queried the size on their Facebook page but wasn't told they would be folded at this instance).”

Please accept our apologies that your were disappointed that your samples we're folded, we do state on our website that this is how they arrive, I'm really sorry you missed this. We hope you understand the wallpaper samples are offered with a purpose for customers to get a feel of the pattern and quality of the paper before purchasing full rolls, we feel these are perfect for the purpose they serve but understand that you'd purchased them for other reasons. We hope regardless of this you like our designs and that this doesn't put you off ordering from us again in future 😊 - Laura
